To fulfill an order we collect your email address and shipping details. Because payment is made in Bitcoin, we never collect or store card numbers, bank details, or government identification.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to process your order, arrange shipping, send transactional emails (order confirmation and delivery updates), and provide support. We do not sell your data.
3. Payment data
Bitcoin payments are processed through our self-hosted BTCPay Server. On-chain transactions are, by nature, recorded on the public Bitcoin blockchain. We do not link blockchain addresses to your identity beyond what is necessary to reconcile your order.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use only the minimal cookies required for the site to function, such as remembering your cart and theme preference. We do not use invasive cross-site advertising trackers.
5. Data retention & your rights
We retain order records as required for warranty and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
