1. Agreement
By accessing this website or purchasing products from SolarMiningCo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Products
We manufacture and sell solar mining infrastructure including containers, automation systems, and accessories. Product specifications are provided in good faith and may be revised as designs improve. ASIC miners are not included unless explicitly stated.
3. Payment in Bitcoin
Orders are priced in US dollars and settled in Bitcoin via a non-custodial invoice. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the address shown before the invoice expires. Completed Bitcoin transactions are irreversible; refunds, where applicable, are issued in Bitcoin at the prevailing exchange rate.
4. Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates. Import duties, taxes, and local electrical certification are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Warranties & limitation of liability
Products are covered by the warranties described on our Warranty page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarMiningCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost mining revenue, arising from the use of our products.
6. Assumption of risk
Cryptocurrency mining involves financial and operational risk, including volatility in Bitcoin price and network difficulty. You assume all such risk. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
